Döhle Yacht Crew is changing the face of superyacht recruitment with the upcoming launch of Döhle Crew Connect, a free portal database that gives registered Captains direct access to junior crew.
Döhle Crew Connect will allow the Captains, or their representatives, the facility to search, using multiple criteria, for junior yacht crew. Those junior crew who have opted in to the database may then be contacted by the registered users directly, without intervention from Döhle Yacht Crew’s Recruitment department, and at no cost.
Additionally, by implementing Döhle Crew Connect alongside their existing recruitment services, Döhle Yacht Crew aim to increase employment prospects for junior crew in a growing and competitive marketplace.
