CAPTAIN & CREW SUPPORT
Döhle Yachts team of experienced commanding seafarers offers day-to-day support to the captain and crew, conducting thorough onboard assessments to evaluate procedures, standards, cultural practices, and vessel condition. This support is tailored to your crew, vessel, and specific needs, and can include:
- Operational planning and execution
- Serving as a reliable sounding board for the Captain
- Fostering open dialogue and strategic thinking

- Remote assistance to Captain at peak times to allow focus on operational demands

BEST PRACTICE IMPLEMENTATION
The ongoing operation of a yacht requires effective and consistent practices. In addition to annual onboard operational inspections, we regularly measure the progress and efficiency of:
