In August of 2023, Robert moved into the role of Technical Yacht Manager, where he currently assists the technical team with the technical management of our fleet. Robert brings a thorough understanding of vessel design, as well as more targeted technical knowledge; including Naval Architecture, Structural Design, and Computational Fluid Dynamics.
Rob first worked with Döhle Yachts during the summer of 2021, on placement as part of his Superyacht Design MSc. Graduating from Solent University’s Warsash School of Maritime Science and Engineering in October of 2021, Robert rejoined the company in the role of Digital Systems Administrator in November of the same year, aiding in the development and rollout of our inhouse eSMS, Döhle Hub.
Robert is also a fully qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and holds an undergraduate degree in Yacht Design and Production, further adding to his knowledge and experience of the industry.
Obsessed with water sports, in his spare time Rob can be found sailing his laser, or Team Racing up and down the country.
