Our Managing Director, Richie Blake, is proud to have been accepted as an Ambassador of She of the Sea, an initiative encouraging a competency-focused yachting industry that celebrates diversity.
On being accepted Richie said, “I am proud of our team and what we have done to encourage diversity at all levels. However, there is more to be done in house and across all aspects of the industry. What excites me about this initiative, is that it is focused on more than just hiring people from diverse backgrounds, but crucially about their participation at all levels.”
