Pearls of Wisdom Event

Several members of the team attended the most recent Pearls of Wisdom event on Friday, held at the Harbour Hotel in Southampton.

Some incredibly inspirational stories were told on the difficulties of transitioning from working on board to achieving shoreside success. It proved a great opportunity for the team to meet some fantastic industry females and hear about the issues facing women, both on board and ashore, and how we can work together to combat them.

As founding members, we are excited to see where Cherise takes Pearls of Wisdom and to support and contribute where we can.
