We have been involved in all aspects of superyacht project management including new-builds, conversions and refit periods for some of the best known yachts ranging from 20m to superyachts over 100m.
We are increasingly tasked with providing support to independent Project Managers and build Captains allowing them to utilise our experience and resource whilst they run the project and all important client relationship.
Our depth of experience ranges from technical consultancy to client/builder mediation/dispute resolution and from employment solutions for clients new-build teams to quality and cost control procedures.
From initial concept, through design, tank testing, specification, contract negotiation to the choice of builder, sub-contractor, Classification Society and Flag State, we bring a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any project.
